President:  Blair Whitworth
Blair Whitworth has served as President of PRO-TAX USA since its founding in July 2006.  He has also served as President of our affiliate CFH Inc. (owner of PRO-TAX corporate-owned offices) since May 2006 and continues to serve in that capacity.  Prior to May 2006, he served for CFH Inc. as the Vice President of Administration and Planning from June 2001 through April 2003 and the Chief Operating Officer from May 2003 through April 2006.  He was the Associate Director of the Center for Christian Study from 1996 through 2001.  Blair has a BA from the University of North Carolina; a MA from the University of Virginia; and a MBA from the College of William & Mary.

Vice President of Operations:  John Going
John Going has served as the Vice President of Operations of PRO-TAX USA since its founding in July 2006.  John has also served as Vice President of Operations for our affiliate CFH since May 2004 and continues to serve in that capacity.  Prior to May 2004, he served as the Vice President of Education and Compliance for our affiliate CFH from May 1999 through April 2004.  He was the Sole Proprietor of Casteel Property Management from 1995 through 1998.  John has a BS in finance from Samford University.

Vice President of Finance:  Temp Hutter
Temp Hutter has served as the Vice President of Finance of PRO-TAX USA since its founding in July 2006.  Mr. Hutter has also served as Vice President of Finance for our affiliate CFH since July 2000 and continues to serve in that capacity. He began his career at CFH as a tax preparer in 1989.  Prior to July 2000, he served as the Vice President of Operations for Old Dominion Footwear from December 1996 through June 2000.  Temp has a BS in accounting from the University of Virginia and is a Certified Public Accountant.
